Diller Scofidio and Renfro's proposal for the Hirsshorn Gallery in Washington is a dynamic installation that blow-up the lobby. This translucent bubble will be installed and taken down twice a year, October and May - making the balloon a perennial that will bloom periodically on the Washington landscape.
